Amber Haskett


Ms. Haskett is a graduate of Boston University and received her Juris Doctor summa cum laude from The American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.


She was an editor of the American University Law Review and participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic as student prosecutor in the Montgomery County District Court, Juvenile Division.


Ms. Haskett is currently the principal in the Haskett Law Firm, a professional corporation, specializing in estate planning and estate litigation, conservatorships, and business formation and operations.

She also practiced in areas of litigation and estate planning as an associate at Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in San Francisco. Haskett is admitted to the Bar in California.


Prior to establishing her own firm, Haskett was a founding partner of Garcia & Haskett, LLP and an associate and managing attorney at The Castleman Law Firm.


Ms. Haskett is a member of the Eastern Alameda County Bar Association, the Contra Costa Bar Association, the Tri-Valley Estate Planning Council, and a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the California Bar. Ms. Haskett is also a member of the Rotary Club of Pleasanton.


Ms. Haskett has served as an expert witness and guardian ad litem appointed by the court in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.
